RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

When employers engage New Line Resource for recruiting manpower from Bangladesh, a comprehensive agreement is drafted and signed by both parties, outlining the terms and conditions for fulfilling the demand. Employers provide detailed documents such as the Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, and Service Agreement, specifying job categories, required number of workers per trade, monthly salaries, duty hours, contract durations, as well as provisions for food, accommodation, transport, medical facilities, air tickets, and other benefits. Moreover, employers grant Power of Attorney to New Line Resource, authorizing them as lawful agents to handle all legal procedures in Bangladesh on behalf of the employer.
New Line Resource initiates the recruitment process by sourcing candidates from various channels, including advertisements in local mass media tailored to meet the specific demands of the employer. Following this, a meticulous screening process is conducted to pre-select candidates for the final interview by the employer. Once the oral or practical tests are completed, the employer provides New Line Resource with the final selection list.
Selected candidates are then convened to a briefing session conducted by the employer, where they are acquainted with the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement. Candidates who consent to the terms proceed to sign the employment contract forms. Subsequently, they undergo comprehensive medical examinations to ensure their fitness for employment.
Upon receiving medical clearance, New Line Resource proceeds to submit all necessary documents to the employer for visa processing. Once visas are secured, New Line Resource meticulously arranges all requisite logistics and accommodations as per the guidelines stipulated by the Bureau of Manpower, Employment & Training, Bangladesh. Flight details are finalized in consultation with the client, following which New Line Resource facilitates the smooth travel of the recruited workers to their designated destinations.
